Baked trout with lemon and herbs

Ingredients

  • 2 large trout
  • 1/3 bunch of dill
  • 1/3 bunch of parsley
  • 2 lemons
  • to taste salt, black pepper, paprika
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic

Instructions 

  • Clean both fish and make diagonal slashes on one side.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika on all sides.
  • Squeeze a lemon inside of fish and put it together with greens, onion, and garlic.
  • Rub the olive oil over the top surface of both fish.
  • Put lemon slices into the slashes.
  • Line the baking dish with parchment paper, and place both fish on it.
  • Bake at 175-180°C for 15-17 minutes.
