- Dissolve the yeast in 70 ml warm water, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise until it rises. 
- Sift flour in a bowl, add yeast, sugar, oil, vanilla, and warm water. Knead soft dough. 
- Cover the bowl with a tea cloth and put it in a warm place until it doubles in size. 
- Then knead a little and let rise again. Then let's make the desired shapes, I made half braided, half regular, round ones. Let the shaped buns rest for 20-25 minutes, and rub the oil over them. 
- Heat the oven to medium temperature and bake the buns, they are ready when brown nicely on top. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top, or apply sugar glaze.Bon Appetit!
