Ingredients

Instructions
Dissolve sugar in water, add jam, oil, and mix well. Add baking soda dissolved in vinegar and mix, when the dough "foams", add a pinch of vanilla.
Then add the flour. When you get a thick mass like sour cream consistency, spread the dough with a spoon on a floured baking pan.
Heat the oven to 190C degrees and bake cookies for 15-20 minutes.
