Vegan cookies

Ingredients

  • 12 tbsp water
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 12 tbsp jam
  • 12 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 tbsp vinegar
  • flour

Instructions 

  • Dissolve sugar in water, add jam, oil, and mix well. Add baking soda dissolved in vinegar and mix, when the dough "foams", add a pinch of vanilla.
  • Then add the flour. When you get a thick mass like sour cream consistency, spread the dough with a spoon on a floured baking pan.
  • Heat the oven to 190C degrees and bake cookies for 15-20 minutes.
