Cut the mushrooms into 4 parts, if small mushrooms into 2, transfer them to a baking dish, sprinkle them with salt, pour 1 tbsp of olive oil, and mix with your hands so that the salt and oil are evenly distributed. Put it in the oven heated to 220°C degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Add finely chopped garlic, parsley, and green onion to the quinoa, pour lemon juice, 1 tbsp of olive oil, and soy sauce, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and mix well.
